Baron found ways to contribute all around the field has a Mustang freshman in 2024. He rushed for a touchdown, caught a score, racked up 3.0 tackles for loss and returned 12 kicks. Baron also served as the team’s backup quarterback behind a senior starter. Baron’s ninth-grade highlight video reveals the versatility that gives him potential at multiple positions. The first clip shows him delivering a key block during a teammate’s long run. The next two plays display him making defenders miss in the open field. On the fourth clip, he supports the run from his linebacker spot, breaking on the rusher and causing a fumble. Baron has the look of a breakout player for this upcoming campaign.
