Griffin Mohr Griffin Mohr 6'2" | 235 lbs | DL/OL Coon Rapids-Bayard | 2029 IA gives a lot to offer as a two-way standout on the trenches for the Crusaders, already proving to be one of their best players as a freshman. Mohr immediately stood out with 61 total tackles, 15 TFLs, 8 sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery returned for a TD in 2025. Showcasing great size and athleticism for his age, Mohr proved to be quite explosive on the edge, being able to physical outmatch his blockers, showing strong hands and being able to drive through blockers to disrupt the RB’s path or right into them. Mohr has been outstanding so far as a potent enforcer in the box, and his play will only grow more dangerous over time, and with that, he could see a serious bump up in our rankings by the end of his sophomore campaign.

Yes, Griffin Mohr Griffin Mohr 6'2" | 235 lbs | DL/OL Coon Rapids-Bayard | 2029 IA plays 8-Man football for Coon Rapids-Bayard, but when, like his counterparts here, the physical tools are there, they must be recognized, no matter the level of competition — and Mohr has them.
Standing at 6-foot-2 and 235 pounds, Mohr was a terror off the edge for the Crusaders this fall, leading freshmen in all classes in sacks. There were plays where Mohr looked like a man amongst boys — not a freshman at the 8M level. Using his size and strength, Mohr got off the ball well, often getting left tackles back on their heels and in panic mode, if not putting them in the dirt. With quick feet and long arms, to boot, Mohr made it awfully difficult for ball-carriers to get away when he got into the backfield.

Griffin Mohr Griffin Mohr 6'2" | 235 lbs | DL/OL Coon Rapids-Bayard | 2029 IA has quickly caught our eyes as a stud out of the 8-man league. Mohr finished his freshman season with 45 tackles (29 solo), 13.5 TFLs, 8.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery returned for a TD. Mohr is an excellent speed rusher with a solid base and great lower body strength, using that to drive his blockers back to disrupt both the pass and the run. It is best not to leave him unblocked, as he will quickly find the ball-carrier and slam into him to try to jam the ball out. Mohr should become a household name within this conference over the next few seasons.
