What have we seen out of our OL2 in the South Dakota 2026 class in De Smet’s Grant Wilkinson Grant Wilkinson 6'8" | 315 lbs | OL DeSmet | 2026 State SD ? Let’s just start with his unreal physicality at the point of attack. The 6’8 315 pounder, is a human pancake anytime he gets his hands on his defender and has added more finish to his tape over the first four weeks which I LOVE to see. It also is almost unfair at defensive tackle how great Grant’s athletic movement and vision is to gobble up ball carriers. Grant by far has one of the best offensive line tapes I have seen thus far in the 2026 class in the Dakotas and is one should be a certainly early offer for Division I schools. One of our last stockrisers and a big one (size and stock up wise)from our last South Dakota 2026 update is De Smet offensive linemen Grant Wilkinson Grant Wilkinson 6'8" | 315 lbs | OL DeSmet | 2026 State SD . This is not the first Wilkinson from De Smet we have had on our radar, in fact it is the 3rd since we launched in 2020. As you can imagine at 6’8 305 pounds, Grant is a bully on both sides of the ball at the 9-man level. The leverage he gets with his growing pad-level shows off almost unfair to his competition on tape and it doesn’t matter which side of the ball he lines up on. He has instinctive vision as a defensive tackle no question, but the upside Grant has as an offensive tackle will thrive at the Division I level. Another OL prospect that constantly can press into the second level as one that will draw a ton of attention this summer and beyond. I see Grant as another early offer target in the Dakotas, as our #3 overall prospect and OL1 is up 34 spots from last update due to his excellent sophomore tape and I believe has the highest upside at the next-level in this 2026 class in the Dakotas in my eyes.
