About Grant

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My playing style is built on physical strength and intelligence. I put in a lot of time in the weight room to maximize my power on the field, making me a force in physical matchups. I also focus on using my football IQ to anticipate and outmaneuver the defensive line. I look for ways to dominate my position, leveraging both my physicality and mental game to protect my quarterback.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a focused and driven individual, dedicated to achieving my goals both in academics and on the football field. I believe in putting in the hard work to get the results I want, whether it’s studying to keep my grades up or training to perform at my best in every game. For me, discipline and commitment are key to success in all areas of life.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I attend my youth group at church and sometimes the local Fellowship for Christian athletes.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed a strong sense of responsibility and compassion through my involvement in community service. I enjoy giving my time to support others, and it’s taught me the importance of teamwork, empathy, and making a positive impact. These experiences have helped me grow as a person, and they motivate me to keep contributing to my community whenever I can.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was when my mother was diagnosed with aplastic anemia when I was 8. There was a time when we didn’t know if she would survive, and it was overwhelming for me as a child. She ultimately received a bone marrow transplant, which saved her life. This experience taught me resilience, and it shaped my perspective on gratitude and the importance of family.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a strong business program that will equip me with the knowledge and skills to start my own business in the future. I want a program that emphasizes practical experience and entrepreneurship, allowing me to combine my business education with my technical skills and handiwork.
