You don’t need to wait long to see domiance at the point of attack when you get the chance to watch Scotus Central Catholic 2028 offensive linemen Grant Borg Grant Borg 6'2" | 255 lbs | OL/DL Scotus Central Catholic | 2028 State NE ‘s tape, that is sure. He’s a very violent finisher that his physicality throws down like a WWE wrestler making a body slam which is what you see on just his first play on tape thus far. He persistently wins the 1v1 battles against the defensive ends and has some fluidity getting out of his stance as a pull-blocker, which in my eyes there’s surely upside to grow for Grant with that skillset. The 6’2 255 pounder, plays way bigger than those measurables might show you and surely looks like a scholarship-level talent that can play on Saturdays.

SCC in Columbus has quietly been producing some great college-level talent in recent years, and lineman Grant Borg Grant Borg 6'2" | 255 lbs | OL/DL Scotus Central Catholic | 2028 State NE looks like he’s right in line to fit that bill. The sophomore lineman proved to be a mauler on both sides of the trenches with well over double-digit offensive pancake blocks and 25 total tackles on defense. He has solid size at 6’2″ and 255 pounds and should be able to easily add more mass to his frame in the upcoming seasons. What stands out about Grant is that he attacks with a purpose, using a powerful, violent jab to stun his opponents and immediately drives to move defenders off the ball. He understands how to use his leverage well and does a good job keeping his pad level consistent when engaged. Grant spent time at tackle and guard, with his higher ceiling at guard, where he can be used to destroy defenders on pulling blocks and help open up inside run schemes with his ability to seal off LBs in the second level. Can’t miss mauler!
