Grant had one of the more intriguing showings at camp for a young tight end, displaying movement skills that resemble a wide receiver more than a traditional inline TE. He ran well throughout testing and drills, showing smooth acceleration and the ability to change speeds without losing balance or control.

In route periods, Grant showed he can be moved all over the field, running a full route tree with comfort. He was clean out of his breaks, stayed fluid through transitions, and consistently created separation when working against linebackers and defensive backs. His versatility stood out — he doesn’t look limited to one role, which adds value at this stage of his development.
