He’s a rangy safety with five-star potential who can create turnovers in coverage and make a sound, physical hit on the ball-carrier. He’s one of the more dynamic prospects in the Athens area with an already loaded offer list. Now, after a fantastic sophomore season where he made 74 tackles and four INTs, Tuggle has earned a new offer from the USC Trojans.
