This is my first look at Fulcher, who has a lot to be excited about. He is a well-developed lefty at 6’3 190 with true dual-threat ability. He can roll in space, and at his size, you can expect him to get physical yards when needed. He has a quick delivery and lofts the ball with a high arc down the field, allowing his receivers to track and make a play on it. He will give his receivers a chance, but his size/speed at his age creates plenty of intrigue here. He will debut in our next rankings update.
