While I initially expected Kemp to play WR at the next level, it seems that he will project long-term at corner. He is tall and plays with brilliant ball skills, making it tough to throw over him and allowing him to finish around the football. He is fast but fluid in his hips and changes direction well. He can survive double moves and react to in-breaking routes well. Simply put, creating separation against Kemp on the outside will be difficult. His length enables him to jam receivers at the line and annoy them throughout the route process, as well as being jump-ball proof. He is one of the silkiest movers in the state and can be an All-Conference caliber corner in the ACC.
