Expert Analysis
Niel Stopczynski | Prep Redzone Scout
Measured in 6040 167 at Lindenwood camp in June and recorded a 4.88×40 and 9’6 broad jump. Nicknamed “Sticks” which could be a nod to his lankiness as well as his ability to keep the sticks moving on the field. Has excellent length with a lean build. Smooth off the line and catching the ball on the move. Has 1v1 battle winning ability. Looks to have very good reach and great ball skills. Physical in the blocking game, shows competitiveness and fight, puts pancake blocks on tape. Positions his body well in the red zone/tight zone, adjusts his body for the tough catch, very smooth ‘running the gauntlet’. Deep ball and RZ/TZ threat. Has some Division II offers and surely will pick up significantly more interest this fall.

Didn’t know about Minnix until I saw him at AYF Nationals and was glad that I did. Big, tall kid at 6-foot-4 and 155-pounds (unverified) with an absolutely insane catch radius. Not a burner with speed, but a kid I’ll throw a back pylon fade to in the redzone, every time.
