About Gavin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive and driven; I try as hard as possible to make plays, stick true to my assignment, and secure a victory for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I set goals and then create plans to achieve them. I know what I want and I work as hard as possible to obtain my goals.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Inducted into the National Beta Club Freshman year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I strive to be a leader on and off the field. I volunteer with my local recreation department when my schedule permits. Freshman Year lead me to realize that perseverance requires pushing through even when situations get dire. It allowed me to develop a sense of determination to ensure that I always put my best foot forward.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

As a freshman playing varsity football, I dealt with adapting to the varsity standards and play style. I pushed to be better. My hard work paid off and earned me a AAAA-All Regional Honors.

What type of college are you looking for?

One that compliments my skills and interests; I aim to grow as a player and a person.
