Jordan kills DBs with his quickness. He’s a talented route runner who wins at the LOS and further downfield, quickly getting open and finding ways to attack multiple levels of the field for his offense.

It’s clear Jordan has a talented set of hands. He consistently hauls in tough-to-catch passes through coverage/contact for some impressive plays out wide. Jordan can also produce after the catch- he’s great at changing his direction and can make defenders miss to maximize yardage on every reception.

I’m ashamed to admit- I didn’t know who Gavin Jordan Gavin Jordan 5'11" | 190 lbs | WR/DB Hazel Green | 2026 State AL was until this weekend. After his performance at camp last Saturday, I’m happy to say I’ve seen the light- Jordan was terrific all day long and came up with some highlight-reel plays against some really talented DBs in the one-on-one period, ending the day as one of the top WRs in the entire camp. I was fired up watching Jordan work, his releases and routes were fantastic- he’s extremely quick, has great footwork, and generates a ridiculous amount of separation from DBs- he was finding ways to get open all day long no matter who lined up against him, it was super impressive to watch. After watching his tape, those traits clearly show up on gamedays- he’s excellent at finding holes in coverages, hauling in passes, and creating yardage after the catch. It was also really impressive seeing how well Jordan blocked downfield- he opened up tons of opportunities for his teammates and is just such a well-rounded WR. I can’t wait to see what he does this fall- in the meantime do yourself a favor and check out his film below, he’s not going to be under the radar like this forever.
