German, who hopped on my radar after the release of the rankings, may not be the biggest OL prospect, but when you put him on the tape, you come away really impressed with the way he plays with leverage, quick/strong hands, and plays with a relentless motor. German picked up an offer and announced his commitment to Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Gavin will become a 3-year starter this fall and has put some strong camp film out this summer including a visit to Washington University’s camp.
