Garrett is a lineman with a lot of measurables you like to see. Standing 6’6″ with a 80″+ wingspan and a big strong frame, it’s no surprise he comes in on our rankings and is the 37th best OL. A mauler who can play OT or OG, he is able to get hands into defenders chest and drive them out of the play. Light on his feet, Garrett shows the ability to get out to the second level and has good lateral movement. He plays with some nasty to him, will bury guys in the dirt and out physical them. If Garrett can just work on strengthening his lower half and playing with his pads low consistently, he can be a big time recruit. Would not shock me to see him moving up these rankings in the future as he continues to develop. This past season he was first team all-district and currently holds 1 FCS offer.
