About Fredrick
Expert Analysis
Josh White | Prep Redzone Scout
Woods consistently showed the traits of a fundamentally sound lineman with tools that translate. His grip strength and arm length immediately created advantages once he established contact, and his wide base helped him absorb power without conceding ground. He looked difficult to move once anchored.
One of his better traits was how reactive he stayed at the snap. Woods consistently landed the first meaningful strike, using a sharp initial jab and active hands to disrupt rush timing before defenders could fully work into counters. That early control allowed him to dictate reps. This steadiness to not be rushed, overextended, and maintain balance with leverage throughout engagements made him a stand out amongst the group.
