Jackson has been one of the more productive seniors on this list, and the numbers have jumped off the page. He currently leads Dunbar with 588 receiving yards, averages 98.0 yards per game and has scored 11 total touchdowns. He’s also contributed 301 return yards, giving him production in multiple phases. At 5-10, 165 pounds, Jackson brings speed, versatility and playmaking ability that make him dangerous whenever he gets the football. His value goes beyond lining up at receiver, and his return production shows how he can change field position as well. As college programs evaluate the 2027 class, Jackson’s ability to impact the game in different ways is worth another look.

Jackson forces defenders to respect his speed on every snap. If a corner gets too aggressive, he can beat him over the top. If they back off, he has the ability to take what’s underneath and make something happen. His footwork has become more refined, his hands have been dependable and he has shown the ability to create separation. Dunbar has a legitimate big-play option here, and I expect Jackson to have plenty of opportunities to make plays this fall.
