Another playmaking defensive back with outstanding ball skills, Causey was a turnover machine last season for Clinch County as he picked off six passes for the Panthers as a junior last season. If the way was in the area, Causey was coming down with it. He’s a sure-tackler as well, but it’s his ability to make a play on the football that stood out the most last season. He’s a ball magnet who can catch and pick up quick yards the other way. He’s one of the more underrated defensive backs in South Georgia who is now ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 70 DB prospect in the state.
