About Fletcher

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Downhill, I use every part of my body to make plays. I've been a defensive starter on varsity since I was a freshman, with help from my coaches and teammates, I've been all conference 3 consecutive years, all-Region 2 times - all State this year. I've been the offensive mvp at running of my league and in the same season, been all state at linebacker.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My educational goals are to finish college and get a master's in business, I am self-motivated and push myself to be on time or earlier than my expected deadlines. It bothers me to be late for anything, I do not procrastinate.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I've been a member of the National Honor Society, Big Pals and the Northwestern Michigan 4H as well as a volunteer for the local Lions Club for pancake breakfast fundraising.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a leader on my football teams growing up, at every level, I have always been looked up to as a leader for my teammates as well as classmates in the school environment. I enjoy being a leader that pushes to accomplish goals and celebrate those goals with my teammates/classmates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

This year I took on 3 AP classes as a junior and there is an AP STATS class that has been very challenging for me as a student, I am getting better at it, but it's been a work in progress.

What type of college are you looking for?

A school with a very good academic program as well as football program. Find a school that will challenge me, mentally and physically as a student athlete. Build a winning environment with my teammates with competitive goals. I've been playing football since I was 7 years old, I love the game and learning everything I can about it.
