has been a prospect we’ve been high on since his freshman season. Teal is one of the more dynamic players in Oklahoma but might be flying under the radar because he is an 8-man football superstar. We’ve seen Teal in games as well as in camps against really good competition and it doesn’t matter to us what level of football he’s playing. He’s one of the smaller running backs in this class but that also doesn’t matter. He has a ton of experience in the weight room and is a powerlifter. He’s not just a speedster in the open field but he can deliver a blow with some power if it comes down to it. He’s been one of the most productive players in the state’s 2025 class.

has led his team to back to back state championships and he’ll look for a third consecutive gold ball in December. We got a chance to see Teal in person at our camp back in April and he exceeded our expectations and those were already high. So far this season, we’ve seen Teal on film lined up as a wildcat quarterback, running back and wide receiver. It didn’t matter where he was on the field, he found a way to make plays. Teal is a running back prospect that should not be overlooked because of his size or level of play. Teal is truly dynamic and he’s not just a small back that is quick in the open field. He’s a state champion powerlifter and can absolutely dominate wherever he’s lined up.

We’ve had this 8-man clash circled ever since we started preparing for this season. Top-ranked and two-time defending champion Laverne will hit the road to face Seiling in a rematch of last year’s state championship game in Class B. Junior running back

is one of the best players in the state and that’s not just talking about Class B or 8-man football in general. Look what he’s been able to do in his two years and there’s no doubt that he will have a massive impact on the game Friday night. He was outstanding in their state title win over Seiling a year ago and his breakout moment came in the 2021 state title game when he was just a freshman. Teal put up monster numbers last season and we finally got a chance to see him in person in the spring at our prospect camp. He lives up to the hype and we’re looking forward to seeing what he does this week. If Laverne wins another title, Teal will have a big impact on that.

We mentioned how Laverne has one of the best players in the state and arguably the best athlete in 8-man football this season. 2025 standout

is that guy and was one of the more dynamic players in Oklahoma last season. After a breakout freshman season, where he helped Laverne win the state title in 2021, Teal came back and took his game to another level last fall. He moved to quarterback and was absolutely dynamic at that position and helped carry the Tigers to another state championship. Last fall, Teal would account for well over 3,000 all purpose yards and had nearly 50 total touchdowns. We’re looking forward to seeing what the next chapter of his career holds. We anticipate he’ll be right back in the conversation of the best of the best.

After leading Laverne to back to back state championships and being simply one of the best athletes in the state last year, we’re not quite sure how running back

could be flying under the radar. He put up some mind-boggling numbers last year as he moved to quarterback but was definitely a run-first QB, just like Knighten at Wynnewood. Teal could not be stopped and earned All State honors, on his way to another state championship. When we finally got a chance to see Teal in person back in late April at our camp, he lived up to every expectation we had and then some as he ran away with the MVP award for the running back position. Teal is a truly special talent and should receive more attention and not be overlooked as an 8-man standout.

was impressive in this drill, just like he was with all of the other ones. There is a reason why he is the #4 ranked running back in the state in his class. He dominated every drill, including the one on ones. He came away as the running back MVP. His times in the L-Drill were 7.38 and then his second attempt was the quickest amongst running backs, being 7.1. It was an impressive display throughout the whole day.

impressed throughout the whole event, earning the Most Valuable Player award out of all of the running backs. He has been on multiple list already from this combine, but he earned it. During the broad jump, his testing was impressive. His first attempt was 9’11”. What is crazy is that he actually improved on that result, by recording 10’1″. It was a remarkable display for him during the whole event.

was impressive in his runs, recording the second and third highest times for a running back. His two times were 4.38 and 4.29. He was the most consistent out of all of the running backs. It was impressive seeing him perform, because there was a reason why he was the MVP for all of the running backs at the event.
