Osborne is one of the better and more efficient signal callers across central California and has put up some big time numbers in his prep career. He has a strong arm downfield, quick release and can get the ball out quickly and on schedule with good touch and velocity over the top when taking deep shots. He does a great job buying time with his legs outside the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield and shows he does not lose throw power when on the run and throwing across his body. In the pocket, he is poised and has a strong pocket presence with plus athletic abilities when he does decide to tuck it and run. The Shafter product is looking to be a late steal for a college program and should have another stellar season this Fall and go on another deep playoff run.
