announced his commitment to Oklahoma last Tuesday.
Brooks was one of the top offensive linemen at the Under Armour Next All-American Camp and is one of the top offensive linemen in the state.
He chose Oklahoma over 16 other schools that offered him. In addition to visiting Oklahoma, he took a visit to Texas on June 16.
Brooks is the second player from California in Oklahoma’s 2024 recruiting class, joining Davon Mitchell from Los Alamitos who reclassified into the 2024 class.

I did not see Brooks lose a rep during the one-on-one pass protection period.
He has slimmed down a bit but still has elite strength and punching power. He has really good body control for a guy his size and he was the first in line and hustling for every drill.
Brooks plans on visiting Oregon, Georgia, Texas and USC this spring.
