He completed 65.5 percent of his throws and averaged 7.0 yards per carry. With his size, speed and arm strength, the potential clearly is here for Higgins to blossom with more development at the next level. That definitely could be at quarterback but could work elsewhere. He averaged 11.6 points per game in basketball last season.
