Bain checked in at 6032 240 a year ago in the combine setting, jumping 26 on the vert and 93 on the broad. That vert number is big. The explosiveness and overall athletic ability is certainly evident on tape. Bain is a hell of an athlete that plays right tackle and d-line. Off the ball, he fires off low, does well creating separation with his arms, and churns the feet. He delivers pop to the man across and can drive a defender off the screen once he attains the leverage advantage, fueled by the strength in his lowers and fast/quick feet. At the second level we see a nimble big man that moves very well in space. At the highest levels, Bain projects as an inside guy that can play all three. Across the board, he has tackle capability, and that versatility is incredibly valuable. His lean frame appears to support growth potential. Bain has a pair of G5 and an FCS offer in the pocket. He reports a 3.0 GPA.
