Eric Thomas was a productive player last season for Chippewa Valley. As a result, he’s become a good D3 prospect. As you may guess from his size, Eric is a great speed-in-space option. His low center of gravity allows him to make quick, precise cuts in the open field. In addition, I like Eric’s vision and patience in following his blocks. Plus, you can put Eric in the backfield or even put him in the slot. He’s a versatile athlete who will have another productive season. I’d love to see Eric show improvement with his explosiveness and overall speed. If he can do that, Eric will be a highly-touted prospect being pursued by the entire MIAA. He has to prove it, but it’s well within reason!
