2025 Ellwood City (PA) running back Elijah Palmer-McCane was the very first RB name that I starred when watching that position group go through drills. He measured in at an impressive 5’10 and nearly 210 pounds and moved like a smaller back. Palmer-McCane ripped off a blazing 4.7 40 along with an impressive 4.4 pro shuttle and a 3-yard broad jump which were all great numbers for his build. Ellwood City may have struggled as a team last season but Palmer-McCane was a huge bright spot for them rushing for 1,156 yards and 13 scores. He was a tough cover during 1-on-1s for linebackers and I’m sure he takes his game to another level with pads on.
Unfortunately, he’s not big on Twitter or has much film available to further evaluate, but after his performance at the Wheeling U camp, I would wager he received an offer if he didn’t have one already.
