A do-it-all small-town athlete who dominated on both sides of the ball during Montgomery County’s week one win over Baconton Charter, McEwen ran hard on offense for 100 yards on 17 carries. He also helped in the passing game, connecting on a 25-yard touchdown pass. Defensively, the playmaking junior made four tackles, picked off one pass in coverage, and returned a fumble 54 yards back for a defensive touchdown. He’s tough, gritty, and has no problem with the physical side of the game. He loves contact and is strong enough to consistently play both ways all game long. He’s one of the top-rising 2027 prospects in the area and is in store for a giant 2025 season.
