2028 St. Marys LB Elijah Kimball debuts in the rankings as the #11 linebacker in the class after putting together a strong sophomore season for the Blue Devils. Kimball led the team in tackles and consistently showed a knack for finding the football, making him one of the more productive defenders in the small-school ranks. He returns as one of St. Marys’ top players heading into the season and should again be a major factor on both sides of the ball. While linebacker is his primary position, Kimball also brings value offensively as a runner and pass catcher, and is a well-rounded player who impacts the game in multiple ways. Kimball’s production and versatility made him a player we felt deserved a spot in the rankings.
