Sacramento State
Huddle has been one of the more sought after athletes across Northern California this off-season, and he had a very busy summer and off-season where he really helped his stock. He is a big and physical pass catcher that is very smooth for his size and has good downfield speed, strong hands in traffic and can win on 50/50 balls with ease. UC Davis, Eastern Washington, Wyoming and Colorado State all offered Huddle, but he ultimately committed to the hometown Hornets yesterday.

Huddle is one of the biggest weapons in the loaded SJS and is an elite downfield talent with natural ball carrying abilities, third level speed and tracks the ball well over the top. He can line up in the slot, on the outside or even the backfield and is tough to bring down in one on one situations and can easily break arm/ankle tackles. He also shows good contact balance and runs through contact with ease and tracks the ball well over the top when making contested catches, and can easily get off press coverage near the LOS. Overall, he is a complete receiver that can play a variety of positions at the next level, and will be one of the more sought after kids in the Sacramento region as we approach Signing day.
He has seen offers come in from UC Davis, Colorado State and Sacramento State, and is another kid that should see more offers roll in this Spring and through his Senior season.

Huddle has continued to show great year over year improvement through his junior year. He’s got a well-built and balanced frame at 6’3” 200 lbs. that has added weight/size without sacrificing his speed and movement skills. He’s a highly coordinated natural athlete that plays physical on both sides of the ball. At WR, he’s a big target that can create a throwing lane using his size to shield off defenders or his technical route running to separate. Possesses strong hands at the catch point and competes for the ball to bring in contested catches in traffic. Can extend gains after the catch using his speed or his contact balance to run through tacklers, especially in the secondary. No offers yet but he’s a high ceiling prospect that should see his recruiting stock on the rise entering his senior season. Racked up 57 receptions for 900 yards and 12 touchdowns on offense and 49 tackles with four interceptions on defense on his way to numerous post season accolades including league MVP, All-Norcal, and All-State honors.

Huddle is a no brainer FCS+ caliber kid with great size and downfield speed with strong hands. He is a terrific route runner that can stretch the field and settle underneath, while tough to tackle in the open field due to his size, deceptive speed and physical running style. The Rams had a stellar season, taking home the SJS D5 title and competing for a Norcal title and losing a tough one to a speedy Soquel squad. Huddle had another strong showing when it mattered most, hauling in 6 catches for over 120 yards and was a big time presence on the outside and downfield for the Rams. He is going to be one of the top returning players across the region next Fall, and should pickup college interest and recruiting stock this off-season.
