Morcos has elite arm talent, he has the skill set to spray the route tree with pinpoint accuracy and he has great touch on his deep ball.  He sees the field well, he has a quick release and his ability to get rid of the football in rhythm and on time makes him a handful to deal with offensively. Eli has the athleticism and speed to be a threat in the running game, in 2023 he rushed for 584 yards and  12 touchdowns.  Moros has been on fire on the 7v7 circuit this offseason, he has been surgical, showing the ability to make off platform throws, shredding defenses by making tight throws into small passing windows and his ability to be extremely accurate are traits that have surfaced each time I have seen him. Morcos has seen his recruiting heat up this offseason, picking up offers from Appalachian State, UTEP, Coastal Carolina, Louisiana, Illinois State, Sam Houston and Navy.

Morcos has the arm talent to make all of the throws on the route tree, he pushes the football outside the numbers with superb accuracy and he has excellent touch on his deep ball. Eli navigates the pocket with clean footwork, he stands tall when he delivers the football, he has a quick release and this allows him to be on time with his throws. Morcos has excellent pocket awareness that enables him to elude the rush and keep his eyes downfield on his targets, he has the quickness to avoid the rush and he has the ability to use his legs when needed to move the sticks, which makes him a threat to score at any time. Morcos had an excellent 7v7 season, combined with several great camp showings this offseason, showing off the arm talent that college programs covet at the quarterback position. Eli is one of the Next Man Up players to keep an eye on heading into the fall.

Eli’s spring performance was outstanding, and he demonstrated elite-level throwing. He threw four touchdown passes and scored on each of his four drives. Eli is one of the best quarterbacks the game has seen in years. He is a unique discovery with his composure abilities in the pocket and his decision making skills throughout his progressions. This cycle, Eli has taken the recruitment world by storm.

Eli continues to demonstrate why he should be recruited by every institution in America. He will undoubtedly contribute elite-level passes to any offense. Eli possesses both physical and cerebral qualities that will help any team succeed. He understands and knows what the term “leadership” entails. This weekend, Eli was the best 2025 quarterback in Round Rock. Eli may have picked his future college home after visiting Baylor University. We expect Eli to lead Lake Creek High School well into the playoffs and to be a potential college All-American.

This year, Eli dominated the Endzone 7-on-7 recruiting tournament. He demonstrated everything required to attract the attention of some of the country’s leading programs. As a 2025 Quarterback who is just becoming recognized, he will outperform the players in his class with the sort of performances he puts on a weekly basis. We saw him make some excellent throws through some extremely tight windows. Last weekend, he was the shining star in the quarterback room.
