Asher has been giving defenses plenty to worry about with the way he’s been throwing the football and finding his receivers across the field. With 1,700 passing yards and 25 touchdowns, he’s showing just how effective he can be when the ball is in his hands. I like his ability to attack different areas of the field, whether he’s firing passes across the middle or taking advantage of one-on-one matchups downfield. He shows good touch on his deeper throws and can put some velocity behind the football when he needs to fit it between defenders. Asher also does a nice job of keeping his eyes downfield and giving his receivers opportunities to make plays. He’s continuing to develop his overall game, and the way he’s been finding the end zone speaks to what he brings to the offense. Asher is certainly a name to keep on the radar as he continues to make strides in the 2028 class.
Asher is making things happen every time he steps onto the field. He has shown the ability to stay in rhythm, deliver the ball downfield and keep the offense moving when the pressure starts to build. There’s a playmaking element to his game that continues to show up, and he’s putting together the kind of start that has people taking notice.
Asher has been stacking big numbers early and has quickly become a name worth watching. With 800-plus passing yards, 11 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions, he’s showing the ability to consistently turn drives into points. The production speaks for itself, and Asher has the confidence to attack defenses and make things happen when the ball is in his hands.
Ryan put on a show in week one for Lake Creek offensively, throwing for 431 yards and 5 touchdowns. He showed excellent pocket presence, he climbs the pocket when the rush gets close, keeping his eyes on his targets and he made big throws at all levels of the field. Ryan’s ability to throw his receivers open in rhythm allowed the Lake Creek offense to make big plays. With Ryan under center, Lake Creek is a team to keep an eye on this season.
