On offense Eli showcased that his hands are elite, and that he can track the ball exceptionally well. Maxie is a very slept on route runner but he creates separation at the top of his routes, But his type of playstyle excels in deep and intermediate plays. Now discussing Eli defensive side of the ball he does a great job at reading and reacting, getting to the ball at a high rate. Eli can also drop back in coverage and shadow his opponent which his elite coverage skill. When I had breakdown Maxie film he does a phenomenal job at flipping his hips and getting his head around to see where the ball is at and not to mention he is also a very good team player as he can also contribute on special teams.
