He stood out on both sides of the ball as a Knoxville junior in 2025. Fuller caught 51 passes for 679 yards and five touchdowns. He totaled 23.0 tackles, 14 of which were solo stops. Fuller averaged 15.3 yards on 13 kick returns. He put together an 11th-grade highlight video that reveals what he does well. The first clip features him winning a jump ball in the end zone. The second one shows him running a short crossing route and picking up inside yards. It’s a well-rounded skill set at receiver. His quickness, long arms and leaping ability also make him an interesting prospect on defense, where he could project as a hybrid.
