Expert Analysis
Tyler Graham | Prep Redzone Scout
Eli is a nasty offensive lineman that is versatile enough to play all over the line. He has taken snaps at center in the past, and has a ton of tape at guard, and that tape shows that he is just fine playing at tackle when asked to. Eli has a strong lower half and a good build that allows him to dig in and wedge guys out of the hole. He shows the ability to get to the 2nd level and lock onto defenders in the open space. That strong lower half allows him to anchor down on passing reps and hold strong against pass rushers. Great 2025 tape makes me even more excited for what Chavez can do.

- Another dude with a short but quality highlight tape
- A rock-solid two-way lineman for the D3 State Champions
- A mauler of a center. Knows how to move people.
- Can play just about anywhere on The Dux O-Line
- Less tape at DT. Can be an amazing high school football player on both sides of the ball.
- Should be a huge part of this 2025 Zeeland West squad

This is your classic two-way lineman at Zeeland West. Eli can play just about anywhere on the offensive or defensive line, and he’ll do a solid job wherever he’s placed. His current highlights are all on the offensive side of the football- Eli proves he can lay into a defensive tackle and get some movement in the run game. Defensively, Eli has he size and strength to anchor down and stop the run as good as any.
Eli debuts at DL #24, with a ton of room to rise. Hoping for a breakout season from Eli!
