Ed has spent the past two seasons being a contributor on defense and is primed to use that experience and be one of the leaders on defense. He is an athlete that wears multiple hats. He can be used as an EDGE rusher on key passing downs, be an athletic backer that can cover in space, be used on the offensive side as a physical runner and he has been used as a punter. That athleticism allows him to be a key player to know and he’ll be making plays all over the field.
Ed is an interesting prospect to take a look at. He’s a good athlete who can line up as a linebacker, can put his hands into the ground and rush on key passing downs and could even occupy as a box safety. He’s a good athlete who can be a running back and he punted this year. He’s a player with good movement patterns and with his versatility, it makes him a candidate to find multiple ways on the field and earn playing time.
Viewmont has a lot of bodies moving on and Ed should play a pivotal role next season. He can be used as an on-ball backer or even as an EDGE rusher in key passing downs. He brings a lot of versatility and should find himself a huge asset next year. He shows good movement skills, is quick off the line, and with a full offseason, should grow into his frame. He’s a name to keep tabs on.
Ed has done a terrific job this year. He’s been an active backer that can slide into an EDGE rusher role if needed. He is quick off the line, does well in shedding his blocks, and is a player with good movement patterns. He’s been a tremendous asset thus far.
Wright has an opportunity to seize a role in the offense this season. He showcases good contact and physicality in his game. Given the fact that the room has cleared, he can earn ample playing time this year and be a potential riser.
