He can pursue and chase down ballcarriers, especially off the backside. He has good range and takes great angles to the ball. Although slightly undersized, the 6-foot-0, 205-pound prospect flashes hard-hitting ability. Keep an eye on him.

Underwood got reps on both sides of the ball this year, but his breakout came on defense, where he was everywhere. He racked up 99 tackles, 7 TFLs, 2.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles, showing he’s always around the action and plays with a motor that doesn’t quit. He tracks the ball well, closes with urgency, and doesn’t need much space to finish. He’s the kind of player who sets the tone with effort and consistency, and this past season showed just how valuable he can be on that side of the ball.
