Starting off with an under-the-radar prospect with tons of upside on offense and defense. Palmyra’s Dylan Reel Dylan Reel 5'9" | 165 lbs | WR/ATH Palmyra | 2026 State NE is both a shifty wide receiver who can create separation and a rangy defensive back who always seems to be near the ball. On the offensive side of the ball, you see a twitchy route runner who plays with great start/stop and is sharp at the break off. Reel also showed that he has the top-end speed to break away from defenders once he can find the open field. Watching Dylan in person, I’ve seen him make some very tough catches through contact, showing how strong and reliable his hands are. He is a versatile player who can be moved across the formation and schemed up to give him the ball in creative ways (out of the backfield, in motion, etc). Reel showed this same versatility on the defensive side of the ball with experience at safety and CB, but projects best as a safety/nickel. He sees the field very well from the safety position, allowing his quick instincts to guide him to either drop into coverage or break downhill to defend the run. Good physicality as a tackler and when playing the ball in coverage.
