Representing Kettle Run this youngster is a star in the making. Observing his Sophomore Film had me very impressed with his skill set. Tapscott had 6 interceptions and 3 of them ended up being pick-6s! Tapscott can not only disrupt the opposing team’s offense but also their defense, after recording 22 passing touchdowns and 7 rushing touchdowns, and can do damage on special teams. Dycen is a phenomenal athlete who loves the game, and there is no doubt he can’t top his sophomore season!

He had a heck of a night in their shutout win over John Handley. Two interceptions on defense and passing touchdown on offense, Tapscott does numerous things for the Cougars.
