Another underrated prospect who has finally made his debut inside of our Top 150 is Lincoln County WR Drew Banks Drew Banks 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB Lincoln County | 2025 State WV . Banks saw a lot of time at running back as well last season and is just a pure playmaker for the Panthers who lead the team in rushing and receiving with just under 900 total all-purpose yards and 5 touchdowns. He could be moved to the ATH position in our rankings eventually, but Banks’ most natural position may be at receiver at the next level with the potential to play on the defensive side of the ball as a DB too. Banks picked up his first offer from WV State back in June as he begins to get on college radars heading into his senior season and is likely the type of athlete who will impress in a camp setting.
An under-the-radar player at a program of the same description, Banks should be primed for yet another productive season as a senior as the Panthers’ main offense with the potential to put up some eye-catching numbers in the new Class AAA.

The leading receiver for the Lincoln County Cougars last season was 2025 Drew Banks Drew Banks 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB Lincoln County | 2025 State WV . Banks led the way in receptions and yards with 29 catches for 358 yards and two touchdowns. The 5’10 170 junior proved his athletic versatility as their leading rusher as well rushing for 535 yards and three scores finishing with a team-leading 893 all-purpose yards in 2023. Although he had more rushing production as a junior, I believe Banks’ ceiling and upside are highest as a receiver. He flashed a quick burst at both positions last season while having breakaway speed that can take it the distance on any given touch. Banks also showed he has some twitch and can cut and change direction quickly as well. Although he doesn’t have any highlights of it at this time, Banks also led the team in tackles with 72 as a DB and could potentially play there in college as well. Even with a limited sample size of highlights right now, Banks flashed enough last season to be a D2/D3 college prospect and an under-the-radar player in the new Class AAA next season.
