Mixon displays a solid release due to solid acceleration and good foot quickness to eat up space quickly. He can create separation off breaks due to solid COD, balance, and burst, giving his quarterback a window. Good hands due to good hand-eye coordination with the ability to adjust way from his frame. He can make defenders miss after the catch due to his COD, burst, and good lateral agility to get upfield quickly.
