is coming off arguably his best performance of his career when the Panthers beat Seminole in week three. He was one of our top performers as he had well over 200 yards and three touchdowns on the night. Macaraig has completely carried over his performance from the last two weeks of the season when the Panthers got wins. He ran for more than 100 yards in the final two weeks and he’s already on pace for outdoing his 2022 production by the end of September. Last year, he ran for a little over 500 yards on the year. As we stand right now, he has 468 yards on the ground and six touchdowns. We mentioned back in the summer that Macaraig had the potential to be a 1,000-yard rusher. He’s well on his way.

had a stellar performance in the win over the Chieftains. He finished with 230 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries. We’ll be diving into the Panthers and their hot start later on this week with one of our weekly “Practice Reports” but the Panthers are 3-0 for the first time in over a decade and Macaraig isn’t the only standout for the Panthers. But in their win over Seminole, he shined bright and he’s off to a great start so far this season. They need that momentum to continue as district play opens up.

at the running back position. He was Harrah’s leading rusher last season and he’s looking to double his production and become a 1,000 yard rusher. He certainly has the potential after going over 500 yards on the ground last year. We really like the skill players that the Panthers bring back on the offensive side of the ball and Macaraig is a big part of that. We mentioned how the Panthers finished out strong last season with back to back wins and those also featured Macaraig’s best performances. He would go over 100 yards in each of their last two wins, helping the Panthers not only win their last game but win their last two and not many teams can say that.
