One of the highest stock risers in the 2025 class in our summer rankings update was new Oak Hill QB1 Devin Richardson Devin Richardson 6'3" | 170 lbs | QB/ATH Oak Hill | 2025 State WV who comes over from Woodrow Wilson for his senior year. He’ll have quite the contrast of offensive systems in his new program coming from a Wing-T system into an RPO-oriented offense which should showcase his next-level abilities further. Richardson has the arm talent to spread the ball around and stretch the field but also has the athleticism to hurt defenses with his legs too.

Charleston and WV State have entered the picture for his post high school services this summer with more sure to join his list of options this season.
