The left tackle for the Wildcats, I thought, did a good job in facing some pretty talented players from the Hawks. I liked Desmond’s hand placement and footwork in both the running game and passing game. When North Gaston needed yardage in critical situations, they ran behind Desmond and were able to keep the chains moving toward the end of the scrimmage with a chance to tie the game.
