Another speed merchant who is the type of receiver that if he is left uncovered on a blitz you best get him the ball cause he will score. A very football high intelligence watching the tape on Carter, he always seems to find the right hole in the opposing defenses to get open. Thus far he has four division 1 offers which should increase steadily with the new recruitment cycle in place. A 3.5 student with Power 5 speed, Carter can run any route in your playbook and get open for 6 too!
