Declan is one that I have to say, I wish he would have posted his tape sooner as there were surely some development made in his sophomore season for Bismarck at the LB position. He is a linebacker that seems to persistently be in position to make a play, whether that is in run stopping or pass coverage. He shows off already to be a physical tackler for his age and when I see that persistence, it catches our attention and college coaches attention even more. Declan boosts the soft hands off blocks that can play sideline to sideline as well. He is definitely the first prospect out ot his list outside of the top 75 that I will be moving up in this 2028 class in North Dakota.
