Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My personality is laid back, but very competitive. I am calm under pressure which allows me to see plays and stay focused in any situation. I strive to help my team and teammates win and be the best we can. I am definitely a positive team player and am a smart student athlete. Coaches have said that my work ethic is one of my best traits and ability to be a leader on and off the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am part of Christian athlete group and have spoken at dinners about how sports and faith have contributed to my life. I enjoy being part of Unified at my school and volunteering with Special Olympics. I volunteer at my aunts preschool and am very good with kids and want to give back to my community and inspire younger athletes to never give up.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership skills as a quarterback and listening skills working with coaches to know the plays and organize the offensive. I like to help other people and am currently working as a peer mentor with special needs athletes in my highschool and volunteer with the Special Olympics of Kentucky. I work with Unified players in my highschool and enjoy being around all level of athletes.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The largest obstacle I have overcome would definitely be the pandemic where I was kept out of sports and the classroom. In a public school system we were forced online for 2 years. It was a struggle to teach myself and be isolated for so long unable to compete in sports. I learned to appreciate every opportunity that God gives me. My football family and my family are everything to me.

What type of college are you looking for?

Through playing football I have learned there is nothing I can't do with hard work and discipline. I know playing at the collegiate level would change my entire life. My parents have taught me the value of hard work and focus. I plan on majoring in business in college and desire to succeed both on the field and in the classroom and am looking for the right program to continue my football career.
