About Dawson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a Dual Threat Quarterback that isn’t afraid of contact. I’m also always looking for the best Receiver on the defensive side of the ball. Strapping it down.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I think to stay humble and be precise. Quiet but always locked in.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Beta Club and FCA.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned to work with my team and fight through adversity. I also like to help the kids that are less fortunate in my community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Playing about tough competition has made me tougher as a person. Also working with what you have and working hard. Hard work beats talent every time.

What type of college are you looking for?

Any college that wants me and sees me for the player I am.

Lewis was one of the more natural throwers at the camp, showing smooth, fluid mechanics and comfort operating within structure. The ball came out with snap, and his arm strength stood out — capable of driving opposite-hash throws and dropping passes into the bucket with minimal effort.

He also flashed anticipation on out-breaking routes, throwing receivers open rather than waiting for separation. For his age, the combination of arm talent, efficiency, and feel makes Lewis one of the higher-upside quarterbacks in attendance.
