As I have watched him a bunch over the summer, Dawson keeps getting smoother with his agile change of direction which he showed off swiftly in the figure eight drills I watched during the County Fair session at the South Dakota State prospect camp. Some of the reps I watched out of Dawson in 1v1s certified why he one of South Dakota’s top WR prospects as he showed off that fluid release and a HUGE catch radius for a WR prospect of his size at 5’11 which plays much bigger on the field than his measureables speak for.
