Burton is a speedy running back who runs well between the tackles with power. He has the speed to make a house call from any down and distance. He is shifty in space with the ability to make defenders miss in the open field. Burton runs with excellent pad level and his vision in the hole allows him to read his blocks well. He has a lean, stout build that he uses well to break arm tackles. Burton has been a key cog in the Needville offense for three seasons and he heads into his senior season as a top playmaker for Needville. He has the skill set to play at the next level and he is a player who college programs need to get eyes on.
