6’2, 250 pounds. An unoffered senior defensive tackle who can likely align as a defensive end in a 3-4 front. Was coming off the edge with his hand off the dirt against North Allegheny. This coming as a surprise to me, he’s much more than an interior lane-clogger. A college might be able to explore and experiment with Goodwine. The senior defensive lineman has lost 30 pounds since our last update, drastically changing his future trajectory. 3.7 GPA. Currently ranked a few spots outside of the top 450. A mid-to-high level Division Two grade provided via ranking, yet no offers to his name as of yet.
Teams looking to defend the front seven will have their hands full with Goodwine, as he’s a senior accustomed to interior play, yet he’s learning the ins and outs of edge play now as icing on the cake. Goodwine has one hell of a motor and doesn’t like to give up on plays until he’s made some kind of impact. This is an effort player whose play could decide football games, especially ones where PCC and their opponents are evenly matched. If PCC ends up at the title game, winning said game could come down to how well players like Goodwine and Kane perform.
