Bailey has a cannon for an arm! Not only could he launch the ball down the field, but he had really nice touch on the football. He has the ability to scramble and move out of the pocket, but he was very comfortable navigating in it. Only a junior, he still has room to grow in his mechanics. His biggest knock is being able to read defenses. He has not had to demonstrate that ability much. Bailey has all the tools to be a very efficient quarterback.
